    (Monday, May 11, 2015) – Two Northwest Ohio community colleges are joining forces to streamline administrative functions, a move that will allow each college to invest more resources locally on educational opportunity and quality.  Northwest State Community College in Archbold and Terra State Community College in Fremont made the announcement after Board of Trustee approval at each college over the weekend.
