  2. Motorcycle Ohio Rider Education classes have begun at Terra State

    The Ohio Department of Public Safety’s (ODPS) Motorcycle Ohio Rider Education Program registration began this year in January. Terra State Community College is proud to announce we are offering a one-day course for those needing a motorcycle refresher or wanting to earn your endorsement using your own motorcycle or scooter.

    Forty-eight Terra State Community College students were inducted into membership by the Alpha Mu Epsilon chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, a national two-year college honor society, during a ceremony April 14 in the Ronald L. Neeley Conference and Hospitality Center.

    On April 9, Terra State's new jazz and contemporary music ensembles, the Terra Percussion Ensemble and the Jazz Fusion Combo, made their first appearance performing at the Port Clinton Performing Arts Center with the Terra State Jazz Band in, "Jazz and World Music," - a tribute to America's great sound and the influence of jazz around the globe.
