Jack Hershey, President and CEO of the Ohio Association of Community Colleges provided the commencement address.  He too focused on the theme of failure.  Hershey implored graduates to learn from their failures and never be embarrassed if they do fail.  He went on to tell the graduates to never stop learning and encourage someone to follow in their footsteps.
