The Disability Services is pleased to offer our office space as a testing site for all students with a disability who have been approved for this service. Carefully follow these guidelines for test scheduling:
- Fill out a test routing request form, have your instructor sign it and return it to the Disability Services at least 3 days before the test date.
- Testing hours must be arranged in advance with the Disability Services. If a mutually beneficial time cannot be made and an alternative arrangement is not possible, the exam may be offered during the regularly scheduled time with your instructor arranging for all testing accommodations.
