Registering for Services

All students with a disability who wish to register for our Disability Services are asked to follow these three simple steps:

  1. Submit documentation of disability. You and your healthcare professional are asked to prepare and submit documentation of your disability to our Disability Services. Please follow these General Documentation Guidelines when preparing your document. You may also find the following guidelines useful as well:  
  2. Schedule an initial intake interview. Once your documentation is complete, contact our Coordinator of Disability Services to schedule an interview. Be sure to look over this helpful set of interview questions first before meeting with the coordinator.
  3. Co-develop a Verified Individual Services and Accommodation (VISA) Plan. Our Coordinator of Disability Services will help develop this plan with you.
