Do you need to make a tuition payment? Or, would you like to be set up on a payment plan? The cashier’s office can help with both situations. The friendly staff of Terra’s Cashier’s Office are available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays, they are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Cashier’s Office can handle:
Payment Plans - This plan allows students to pay one-fourth of all fees for the semester, plus a $20 one-time (nonrefundable) fee, by the payment due date. If the first payment is not received on time, the student will be assessed a $25 late fee.
Payment Options – Payments may be made in person, by mail, over the Internet and even over the phone. You have the option to pay for your tuition and fees with:
- Cash
- Check (always include the student's college ID number on the check)
- Money Order
- Credit Card (MasterCard, VISA and Discover)
- Deferred Payment Plan
- Employer-sponsored program

The cashier's office is located in Building A200. Office hours are:
- 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday
- 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Friday
- Summer hours are in effect for the Summer term
