Request Transcripts

If you need copies of your transcripts, you can fill out a transcript request form and submit it to the student records office. Each copy costs $5.00. If you are requesting a transcript for an employer or another college, you must fill out the transcript request form and submit it with the copy fee. Keep in mind that you will not be able to pick up the transcript from the student records office. Instead, it will be mailed directly to the address indicated on the transcript request form.

Sending Transcripts to Terra

If you are planning to attend Terra State Community College, you can send your high school transcripts at any time. Current high school students must wait until after graduation to submit transcripts. If you have transcripts from another college or the military, please send them as soon as possible. These documents need to be evaluated before you can register for classes. All high school/GED transcripts should be sent to:
