Continuing Education Course Registration and Payment

To register for continuing education classes at the Kern Center,  please fill out the registration form completely. Failure to provide all requested information will delay and possibly prevent registration. Payment is due at the time of registration. Participants that request registration via email will not be officially registered until payment has been received.


Company Billing 

Please send a purchase order or letter of authorization with your registration and completed company authorization form. Individuals under company sponsorship are responsible for payment of completed training if the company does not pay.


Credit Card Payments 

The Kern Center accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards for payment of class fees. Please do not include your credit card information on the registration form or in an email. A Kern Center representative will contact you for your payment information.


Cancellations and Substitutions 

Terra State Community College reserves the right to cancel seminars due to low enrollment or other circumstances that warrant cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time for an individual registrant. If cancellations are made by the registrant five business days prior to the seminar, fees are fully refundable. After that, no refunds will be made.  


If Terra State Community College cancels a class, you may choose to get a refund or apply your payment to another seminar. Registered students who do not attend a class and have not canceled will be responsible for class fees. 


Weather Cancellations 

Listen to your local radio or TV stations for school closings. Cancellations apply to both credit and non-credit classes at Terra’s Fremont campus and satellite sites.
