The Planning and Institutional Effectiveness Council, or PIE, is responsible for keeping the faculty and staff of Terra College informed about state and national issues. This group is made up of faculty, staff and administration.

PIE Duties
PIE reviews and recommends annual strategic initiatives for board approval. The council also keeps the administration, faculty and staff of Terra College up-to-date about pressing state and national issues. PIE updates the portfolio for Terra's Academic Quality Improvement Program, and even selects and reviews action projects.
Meeting Frequency
The PIE Council meets on a monthly or as-needed basis.
