Mission:
The Office of Student Activities seeks to provide the Terra State Community College community with diversified integrated learning opportunities designed to enhance and maximize student’s co-curricular educational experience. Provide services and activities for students to engage in and foster a sense of connection, aid in the development of leadership and interpersonal skills, and social and cultural development of all community members.
Vision:
Aligned the vision of the College, the Office of Student Activities will seek innovative and collaborative ways to educate and serve all members of the Terra Community.
The Student Activities Center (SAC) is the place that provides recreation or a good workout for students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests alike.
The SAC provides the use of athletic equipment such as basketballs, volleyballs, footballs, pool sticks and pool table, and ping-pong equipment. We also have board games, corn hole, and kick balls.
We also have a walking track in our gym and exercise equipment in our fitness loft for those looking to improve their fitness level.
The SAC fitness instructors are trained to assist in developing a well-rounded fitness program that includes initial fitness testing and an evaluation to develop a program specifically suited to an individual's needs and goals.
The SAC also offers Intramural Sports programs which include:
- Basketball (Spring/Fall)
- Pool (Spring)
- Ping-pong (Spring)
- Co-ed volleyball (Spring/Fall)
- And flag football (Fall)
For less structured fun, there is foosball, ping-pong and a pool table in the SAC lobby, or just hang out and watch some TV.
A valid I.D. card is required to gain access to our fitness loft and to use our athletic equipment. Your ID will be obtained at the SAC desk while you use our eqipment.

- Monday-Thursday 7am-9pm
