The definition of a deadly weapon is any instrument, device, or thing capable of inflicting death, and designed or specially adapted for use as a weapon, or possessed, carried, or used as a weapon.

DEADLY WEAPONS ARE FORBIDDEN ON COLLEGE CAMPUS
(Except as provided by law)

SMOKING 

Smoking is prohibited in any Terra State Community College building or in any area within the confines of the ring road surrounding the buildings with the exception of the "Smoking Huts". This policy applies to all employees, students and visitors.
