During the year long Capstone Experience, second year students in the Industrial Electricity program will work on manufacturing projects with our industrial partners and students from the Engineering Design Major, CAD Specialist Major, and Integrated Manufacturing/Robotics Major. Students will work together across all these disciplines to design, implement and evaluate these year long projects.
Students in the Industrial Electricity program would enroll in EET244 (Programmable Logic Controllers I) in the Fall, EET279 (Programmable Logic Controllers II) in the Winter, and EET284 (Programmable Logic Controllers III) in the Spring of year two of their program. They would also enroll in Capstone Seminar I course during Fall Quarter, Capstone Seminar II course in the Winter Quarter and Capstone Seminar III course in the Spring Quarter of their second year. Students will meet weekly with a project manager and the students from the other technology programs during the Capstone Seminar courses. |
