During the year long Capstone Experience, second year students in the Robotics/Integrated Manufacturing program will work on manufacturing projects with our industrial partners and students from the CAD Specialist Major, Industrial Electricity Major, and Engineering Design Major. Students will work together across all these disciplines to design, implement and evaluate these year long projects.
Students in the Robotics/Integrated Manufacturing program would enroll in ROB233 (Interfacing) in the Fall, ROB215 (Automated Manufacturing Cells) in the Winter, and ROB240 (Troubleshooting) in the Spring of year two of their program. They would also enroll in Capstone Seminar I course during Fall Quarter, Capstone Seminar II course in the Winter Quarter and Capstone Seminar III course in the Spring Quarter of their second year. Students will meet weekly with a project manager and the students from the other technology programs during the Capstone Seminar courses. |
