Apply for admission to Terra Community College.

Submit your official high school transcript to
the Colleges Student Records Office.

Complete the COMPASS or ACT college examination.
The COMPASS assessment is available free of charge through the
Colleges Admissions Office.

Complete and submit the Free Application for
Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Terra's school code on the FAFSA is
008278. Assistance with applying for FAFSA on the web is
available from the Colleges Financial Aid Office.

Download the Terra Community College Scholarship
Application and two Scholarship Recommendation forms from the
Colleges web site at
http://www.terra.edu/pdfs/finaid/AppRecommendation0809.pdf
or obtain the forms from the Colleges Financial Aid Office.

Ask a current or previous instructor to complete
one Scholarship Recommendation form for you and have them submit
it to the Colleges Financial Aid Office. If you are a Career
Center or Tech Prep student, have your program instructor
complete the recommendation form.

The second Scholarship Recommendation form may be
completed by anyone other than a relative to attest to your
qualifications. Have the reference submit the completed
recommendation to the Colleges Financial Aid Office.

Complete and submit the Scholarship Application
to the Colleges Financial Aid Office.

The application deadline for the first round of
scholarship selections is
April 1, 2008. All required materials must be received by
April 1, 2008.

A second round of scholarship selections (based
on remaining funds) will be made with an
July 1, 2008
application deadline.
