On this page, you will find a variety of scholarships that are available to Terra students. Please note specific deadlines where applicable.

Bowling Green State University - Two opportunities for transfer students are available:
Transfer Excellence Award ($2,500 non-renewable) - Transfer applicants who have earned an associate degree or are a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Regional Choice Award ($1,500 non-renewable) - Transfer applicants whose home county is one of 12 Northwest Ohio counties (Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Williams and Wood).
Deadline to apply for these awards is August 1.

State of Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission TG
Public Benefit Award for 2008-2009 academic year.
Eligible applicants are students who have open postsecondary
training cases with ORSC. Applicants may be either BVR or BSVI consumers.
Eligible applicants must have a minimum 2.8 grade point
average and be attending a postsecondary institution in Ohio. Copies of
the application are available in the Financial Aid Office, A-200. Deadline
is May 1.

Vermilion Business
and Professional Women -
are offering 2008 Scholarships for Working Women. Adult women age 21 and
older who are residents of Lorain or Eric County, entering or re-entering a
professional or business field, furthering higher education or updating skills
for career advancement are eligible. For additional information, contact
Marcia Kingsley at 440-967-1371. Application deadline is May 4.
