Important Dates and Helpful Hints 

The academic calendar identifies dates each semester that you need to know. Please be sure to check out the academic calendar for the following deadlines and dates:  

• Tuition and fee payment due date 
• Classes begin
• Classes end
• Holidays when the College is closed
• Term breaks 
• Last date to withdraw from a class without instructor signature
• Last date to withdraw from a class with instructor signature
• Advising and registration for the next semester begins
• Applications for May graduates due
• Commencement

Any transactions that you use the Internet or the telephone to make (such as class registrations or class schedule changes prior to the beginning of a term), please be sure to look for either an email or a mailed confirmation statement. The confirmation will either be an email explaining the results of your transaction or a mailed, printed schedule and fee statement. If you don’t receive a confirmation statement within a few days after the transaction, then contact the Student Records Office to follow up on the matter.
