Participants will identify individual challenges with customer service, then specific, practical methods for dealing with each. We will identify the causes of unprofessional responses and learn and practice methods for avoiding and reducing the negative result. We will cover the four basic needs of your customers, whether “internal” or external, how these are currently being met (or not), and how to handle customer complaints.
