• To select which records you want to print, email or save, click on the Add folder icon to the right of the desired records in the results list. Go ahead and click on several records on the page of results. Notice that each folder icon becomes an open folder labeled Added. When you have chosen several records, click on the number of the next result page that you'll find at either the top or bottom of the result list. Click on the Add folder icon for several of these records. At the top of the results list you'll find a link that says Folder Has Items. Click on the Folder Has Items link to see the list of saved records. Notice that you can click on the X button to delete any record from the list if you no longer want it to be saved or click on the Remove All button to delete all of the records.

  • To print these records, click on the Print link at the top of the result list. The database will display the Print Manager page that allows you to indicate if you wish to print additional citation details and abstract and/or print the full text of the articles when available. Click the Print button to print the citations and/or articles if you wish. When you're done, you can click on the Back link to return to the list of articles you saved.
