Body Works -
Resistance/Weight Training
You can tone your abs, strengthen and add
flexibility to your muscles with resistance type exercises using dynabands and handweights in just a half hour plus a cardio boost
besides to help prevent degenerative diseases.
Pilates, core work and yoga are also
incorporated.

Co-Ed Crosstraining Total Fitness
The benefits of using several different forms of
exercise in cross-training include producing a higher level of all
around conditioning for the entire body; reduces the risk of injury;
improves your skill, agility, balance; works muscles while others rest
and recover along with flexibility. All fitness levels welcome!

From Tee to
Green
A Spring Tune-Up includes a review of the full
swing along with short game techniques and putting tips.
Learn what basics to work on and to
