Ohio Small Business Development Center at Terra Community College

The Ohio Small Business Development Center, located in the Kern Center, provides in-depth counseling management, technical, and procurement assistance; entrepreneurship education; training; and advocacy to small businesses in Erie, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca counties.  The Ohio SBDC operates in Cooperation with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Ohio Department of Development.  Our Center services are free, although fees may be charged for workshops or seminars.
