Performance Coaching 
In this workshop you will identify characteristics of effective coaches. The disc "Managing Performance Action Planner" identifies the most effective ways for coaching each of the four styles: Dominant-Influential-Steadiness-Conscientious. Specific preparation for working with individual employee, including the barriers to coaching, how we can avoid them or reduce their effect are included with applications for the individual participant. The guidelines for a successful session and practice by the coach with a particular employee using the Performance Improvement Plan provide the experience to duplicate these techniques with other employees.

This course covers the characteristics of a part relating to form, profile, radial relationship to axis, orientation of feature to feature and feature location. Basic Electrical Systems and Troubleshooting 
This is an introductory seminar on how basic electrical systems work and how to troubleshoot them. The focus will be on motors, transformers and associated electrical power equipment, as well as control systems including relay panels and PLC control systems. Trainees will learn how to interpret electrical prints to troubleshoot a system. Trainees will also wire a complete motor branch circuit. Hydraulic Components and Systems 
An overview of the basic components of hydraulics and their function in a hydraulic circuit. The seminar will be taught from a systems approach by analyzing hydraulic system operations and the influence of the various components in that system. A hydraulic system simulation software will be included allowing the participants to examine more thoroughly the effect of each component on system operation. Projects on the simulation software will give the participants the opportunity to setup, analyze and troubleshoot a complex hydraulic circuit. Maintenance considerations of the various components will be discussed.
