Identify, Research, and Plan

By identifying your professional goals, you are more likely to find the path that best suits you. We offer several tools that can help you along this journey. The first step is to complete a career assessment.

O*NET Interest Profiler

The O*NET Interest Profiler (IP) is a family of self-assessment career exploration tools that can help clients discover the type of work activities and occupations that they would like and find exciting. Clients identify and learn about broad interest areas most relevant to themselves. They can use their interest results to explore the world of work.

With today's quickly changing workplace, how can you be certain you are planning for a career that will be around for a while? By researching using tools like the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook, you can have some idea of what jobs are here to stay and what ones maybe a bit harder to find. The Occupational Outlook Handbook covers educational requirements, projected career growth, salaries, work environments, and more.
