Under the latest Ohio’s Articulation and Transfer Policy, students are guaranteed the transfer of applicable credits among Ohio’s public colleges and universities and equitable treatment in the application of credits to admissions and degree requirements. The Ohio Board of Regent’s website, (http://www.regents.state.oh.us/tags/), provides information on general education courses that transfer. This site also provides information on courses to help students achieve specific degree goals – such as being an engineer, a teacher, or a dietician. These courses, specified pre-major and major courses, are described in the Transfer Assurance Guides (TAGS), which can be accessed at the website listed above. The Ohio Transfer Module (OTM) is a subset of every TAG.
