STUDENT ACTIVITIES CENTER
Intramural programs include basketball, softball, soccer, co-ed volleyball, four-man power volleyball and flag football. For less structured fun, there is foosball, table tennis and pool in the SAC lobby, and badminton and tennis on the adjacent outdoor courts.There is a walking track and exercise machines for those looking to improve their fitness level. The SAC staff is trained to assist in developing a well-rounded fitness program that includes initial fitness testing and an evaluation to develop a program specifically suited to an individual's needs and goals. Noncredit courses offered at no cost or at a discount to students and Terra employees include country line dancing, resistance exercises with dynabands and hand weights, co-ed cardio with step and slide, yoga and ballroom dancing. *Free download of Adobe Acrobat Reader Required to view the Fitness Schedule A valid I.D. card or guest pass is required and may be obtained at the SAC.
