Disability Support Services
The Office of Learning Support Services provides program accessibility, assurance of equal opportunity and auxiliary services to students with disabilities through the implementation of reasonable academic accommodations, advocacy efforts and resource dissemination. Students with disabilities are eligible to receive assistance through
Learning Support Services. A disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, is a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activity, such as walking, talking, hearing, seeing or learning.
All students wishing to receive academic accommodations or auxiliary services must present current and appropriate documentation of their disability. All academic accommodations and auxiliary services are determined on an individual basis depending on the student's disability, supporting documentation, individual needs, and functional limitations. Documentation requirements are available online or by contacting The Office of Learning Support Services directly.
