Social Work Assistant Degree Program

Program of Study

The Social Work Assistant program prepares students for employment in many different entry-level positions. Students seeking a career in social work should recognize that personal qualities such as warmth, honesty, openness, hopefulness, concern, and sensitivity are essential.

The student practicum portion of the curriculum provides 420 hours of supervised learning experience in various social service agencies.
