Terra State Community College proudly hosts Taher, Inc. as its dining partner on campus.
Dining on campus is an ideal way to meet new friends and socialize with your current friends! Meet your friends for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Terra Vue Grand Café. Featuring a wide selection of home cooked meals, pizza, high quality made-to-order deli sandwiches, gourmet salads, soups, salad bar, homemade desserts and other delicious treats. Be sure to check out the breakfast bar first thing in the morning for that all essential good morning wake up meal. And, when you are hungry and in a hurry, swing by the grab-and-go cooler for fast snacks and meals on the run.
The Terra Vue Grand Cafe has a selection of hot and cold beverages and features Coke products.
To add more excitement, the Terra Vue Grand Cafe features daily and weekly specials, including Food 4 Life Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, On Display Wednesdays, Homestyle Comfort Thursdays and Seafood Fridays.

Meal Plans Available Spring Semester!
Having a meal plan means you can connect with your friends and enjoy great meals morning, noon and night. A Meal Plan is a program that enables you to save money on all of your Dining Service purchases. When enrolled into a plan, you will receive prepaid meal plan credits on your student identification card. Check out the meal plan options below and choose the plan that provides you the flexibility you need for your schedule and lifestyle.

- 25 meals $125.00. A value of $137.50

A meal consists of an entrée, side dish, and a medium fountain drink.
Select Your Payment Option
Terra offers students a convenient way to purchase meals through a prepaid system. Students can enjoy great meals daily without carrying cash.
- Check or money order payable to Terra Community College.
- Available financial aid. Available financial aid is the credit balance available after your anticipated aid has been applied to tuition and fees. Please keep in mind that financial aid used toward your meal plan competes with the amount of available financial aid that can be used for book purchases.
- Credit Card.
When the meal plan is purchased, the student ID card is automatically validated for use in the Terra Vue. The student’s ID card must be presented for every purchase. The meal plan cannot be transferred, and missed meals are non-refundable.
Students may add money to their cards in increments of $25 at anytime during the semester at the Cashiers office, Roy Klay Hall, A-200.
Unused declining balance accounts roll over from fall to spring term and unused meals do not roll over from one semester to another. At the end of the spring term all funds, both meal and declining balances are forfeited.

Can I let someone else use my card?
Meal plans are non-transferable.
What if I lose my card?
Lost cards must be reported immediately in person at the Dining Service Staff, IT Help Desk, Campus Security, or at any cash register. Failure to report lost cards could result in unauthorized meal charges to your account. As soon as you report a lost card, the account is automatically frozen, so no one can use your card.
Does Dining Services Offer Student Employment?
Absolutely! The convenience of working on campus while taking college classes is smart scheduling.
Can I treat a guest to a meal?
Yes, you can treat a friend or colleague to a meal using your meal plan.
Hours of Operation
You can feast on a constantly changing selection of entrées, soups, salads and desserts during these hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday: 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Summer hours vary by the term.
