community about prohibited behavior; provide supportive measures designed to remediate

fair, and impartial process to address alleged violations of this policy. The College
upholds the equal dignity of all members of our community and strives to balance the
rights of the parties in the grievance process during what is often a difficult time.

These support resources are available for individuals navigating the Title IX process,
as well as for students who may benefit from additional support, guidance, or information.
Confidential Resources - keep what you share private, except in limited situations involving safety or legal
requirements. Confidential resources aren’t limited to the options listed here—students
can also seek private support from a lawyer, a clergy member, a licensed therapist
or counselor, or a medical provider who can keep their information private.
Non-Confidential Resources - are required to share information with the Title IX office—and in some cases law
enforcement—so appropriate safety measures and next steps can be taken.
