Terra State Announces Commencement Speaker
Terra State Community College has announced Kitty Brandal, PhD, President and Program Architect for Corporate Compass Training, LLC, will be the speaker for the College’s 50th Commencement on Friday, May 10. Dr. Brandal is an experienced independent trainer, specializing in emotional intelligence and leadership development, who has been training and developing people for over 25 years.
Corporate Compass offers interactive training workshops in emotional intelligence, diversity, conflict management, customer service, and many other programs that can bring harmony to the workplace and positively impact the bottom line.
Dr. Brandal taught leadership, communication, diversity and sexual harassment concepts while serving in the military.
Some of her clients include: Walmart, Firelands Regional Medical Center, Lake Erie Shores and Islands, Terra State Community College and many other corporate, government and non-profit organizations.
Brandal served 15 years in the United States Navy and is an award-winning speaker with Toastmasters International. She also enjoys stand-up comedy and has performed at The Improv Comedy Club in Cleveland, Ohio.
