Celebration of the Arts

The Celebration of the Arts is returning to Terra State Community College, April 4 – 11, in the Marsha S. Bordner and Health Technologies Center, Building D. As part of this year’s festivities, on Thursday, April 7, at 7 p.m., the community is invited to literature reading musical performances and digital media presentations in Terra State’s recital hall, Building D, room 122. The event is free and open to the public.

The Celebration of the Arts is a weeklong event that showcases the creative work of Terra State students, local artists and writers. No pre-registration is required to attend.

Adam Hoss, Assistant Professor of English and head of this event, said, “I am excited to announce that the Celebration of the Arts is returning to Terra State this year after a two-year hiatus. This community event showcases the work of local artists alongside the College’s own students, faculty and staff. I urge the community to attend and participate themselves.”

There is still time to submit your work to be featured throughout the event. Interested participants are kindly asked to contact Adam Hoss at ahoss01@terra.edu no later than Monday, March 28. Afterward, participants will receive additional logistical details.
