Terra State hosting fall career fair, open to public
Terra State Community College will be hosting a career fair on Wednesday, October 19, in the Student Activities Center on Terra State’s campus. The event is free and open to the public.
“The career fair is a convenient opportunity for students and community members to learn about employment opportunities in the region and to see how their skills and interests align with training programs at Terra State. The State of Ohio has made available a variety of workplace training funds to assist both students and employers. The College’s staff can help people navigate various opportunities,” said Dr. Cory Stine, senior vice president of innovation and strategic planning.
There will be two sessions available for job seekers based on career fields.
The job positions in the first session will include allied health, business, digital media, hospitality, law enforcement, marketing, music and all other non-manufacturing. This session will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Marsha S. Bordner Arts and Health Technologies Center (Building D).

The second session will feature job positions in manufacturing and skilled trades. This session will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Engineering Technologies Building (Building E).
