Ellenberger Appointed To Terra State Board of Trustees

The Terra State Community College Board of Trustees announced that Governor John Kasich has appointed Tim Ellenberger to serve on the Board. Ellenberger’s appointment ends December 30, 2024.

Ellenberger currently serves as the Vice President of Motion Controls Robotics. “I am humbled and excited to have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic group of leaders working collaboratively to move education forward and provide more opportunities for the community,” he says.

He is also very involved in the community. He is a member in the Safety Team at Grace Community Church, Rotary Club of Fremont where he helps facilitate the Student of the Month Program, Fremont City Schools, the Sandusky County Chamber of Commerce Board and the Sandusky County Board of DD. He is on the Sandusky County Schools Business Advisory Council, Impact Team Director, is a Business Consultant and Business Partner AIM Industries at Vanguard-Sentinel Career & Technology Centers and he teaches REACH classes to Lutz Elementary School fifth graders.

Terra State President Dr. Ronald Schumacher is happy to bring Ellenberger on board. “I’m really excited to have someone of Tim’s caliber on the Board,” he says. “I think bringing him on and having a full Board is going to help us improve as a college.”
