The Business Resource Center at Terra State Hosts Lunch & Learn Event on Business Financing Programs with the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority

To help business leaders achieve their future growth and sustainability goals, the Business Resource Center has partnered with the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, which has earned a national reputation for its innovative business financing programs. Finance options available range from $500 to $50 million.

The event’s speakers include:
• Craig Teamer, Director of Finance and Special Projects
• Jason Bartschy, Loan Programs Manager
• Dana Clark, Business Development/PACE Administrator

Financing options that will be discussed range from fixed-interest rate revenue bonds and conduit revenue bonds to U.S. and Ohio business loan programs, plus financing available through specific loan funds and development initiatives.

The Business Resource Center, launched by the Terra Community College Workforce and Community Center, serves as a one-stop call center to connect and provide a range of learning programs to businesses in the community. The Business Resource Center (BRC) was created
to support business development in Sandusky County as well as the neighboring Ottawa,
Seneca, Erie, and Huron Counties The BRC program is made possible by a USDA Rural Development Grant awarded to the Terra State Community College Workforce and
Community Center.
